- Review status of ADA compliant hearing assistance equipment with responsible staff and A/V service provider and determine potential service requirements.
- Provide education regarding capabilities of ADA compliant hearing assistance to appropriate team members.
- Provide written procedures for ADA compliant hearing assistance.
- Create and give a presentation to users of the ADA compliant assistance personal equipment.
- Provide equipment verification service at completion of new installation of ADA compliant hearing assistance equipment.
- One-on-One consultation for individuals who are hearing impaired.
- Fees (if any) for the above outlined services vary based upon predetermined requirements.
Past successful projects:
- Updated staff at multiple venues who did not know the capabilities of the existing ADA compliant hearing assistance equipment for use by members and other customers.
